Davey Badiuk

Just shy of 19, Davey produced Sebell’s debut single ‘Till The Sun Burns Out’ which peaked at #4 on the Billboard top 40 charts and is still in heavy rotation today. As a composer, producer, and mixer/remixer, Davey Badiuk had already racked up a few #1’s by the time 25 rolled around. On top of writing and production, he’s known for his unique ability to modernize organic music. His programming and sound design skills helped propel Liam Gallagher’s solo LP As You Were to #1 UK debut and certified Gold in its first week. The album went on to receive platinum status with the highest single-week vinyl sales in 20 years.

He produced Karl Wolf’s ‘DJ Gonna Save Us’ which peaked at #10 and was featured in Seth Rogan’s film Neighbors, not to mention multiple prime TV shows such as Girls, Community, and White Collar. His remix of Tegan & Sara’s 2012 hit ‘Closer’ reached #1 on the US Billboard Dance chart.

Davey co-wrote/produced 2 Dragonette LPs, including two singles on their prestigious Juno Award-nominated Bodyparts (Best Dance Album, 2013), and in 2016 brought in another hit with his production and writing on Harrison Brome’s Body High (Nettwerk) which reached #1 on Hype Machine. Davey has also established himself as the go-to mixer for the massive Japanese popstar ReN.
